Dharma Samraksanam
AIM: To protect the
dharma by
protecting Sugriva
from Vali.
Players: One Player is
Vali and another is chosen as Sugriva. All other participants are
Vanaras. They join hands to form a big circle (Standing).
Game: Vali is made
to stand outside the circle.
Sugriva is made to stand inside the circle.
The aim of the game is Vali should capture
Sugriva.
The Vanaras do everything without breaking the
circle to keep Vali from entering inside the circle, and catching
Sugriva.
They lower their arms and come close when Vali
tries to crawl and raise them if he tries to jump over.
If Vali does get inside the circle, they let
Sugriva out and try to Keep vali in.
But they must keep the hands joined all the time.
When Vali catches Sugriva the game is over.
The game can continue by choosing other persons as
Vali and Sugriva.
